Aaron is the Director and Senior Hand Therapist at Hand Solutions. He is a New Zealand registered Physiotherapist and Registered Hand Therapist, with over a decade of experience across public and private hand therapy settings.

Aaron has worked exclusively in hand therapy since 2015, managing a wide range of hand, wrist and elbow conditions including fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, nerve conditions, overuse injuries and postoperative rehabilitation.

In July 2026, Aaron took over Hand Solutions from its previous owner, Edel Kelly, following her retirement. Having known Edel for many years, Aaron was pleased to continue the practice she had established and remains committed to maintaining its high standard of care.

Coming from a family of physiotherapists, owning his own practice had been a long-held goal. Aaron is passionate about providing practical, evidence-based treatment and helping patients return to the activities that matter to them.
